健康的身體最重要

前幾天看到一個廣告，內容是
一個人... 1
賺了很多錢... 100000000000000000000000000000
但是有一天這個人生病了，所以那個 1就不見了，後面就算有再多的財富也是無用的。

人就是這樣子... 平時要好好愛護自己的身體找機會做一些運動，萬一生病了也才有本錢去克服病痛，唉~~~
說時容易，看到 ICU的一張海報寫著「不喊痛，不代表~不痛。」真是百感交集呀。

祝福所有的朋友都能有一個健康的身體。
